Piti Jarukamjorn

Founder & Managing Director

Piti brings over 20 years of executive leadership across Thailand's most active real estate and hospitality markets. Before founding WELA Advisory, he served as Co-CEO and Chief Design Officer of Origin Property — one of Thailand's largest listed developers — and as CEO of its hotel and condominium subsidiaries. Prior to that, he spent nearly two decades at Sansiri, rising to Executive Vice President of High-Rise & Hotel Development.

His career spans the full development lifecycle — from feasibility and design through construction, sales, and operations. He has overseen multi-billion-baht projects across Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, and Hua Hin, and has sat on the boards of joint ventures with international partners. He also has extensive experience with global brands such as The Standard, Marriott, Accor, and IHG.

WELA was founded on a belief that the most valuable thing an advisor can offer is not a report — it is presence, relationships, and the ability to move. Piti brings all three to every engagement.
